What Will We Bend To?

Pastor Moss used String Theory as an analogy to show that everything in creation bends to something, arguing that humans have a choice to bend either to God's truth or to self. He examined King Ahab's rebellion and self-absorption contrasted with King Jehoshaphat's desire to seek the Lord first before making decisions. The sermon challenged American Christianity's tendency to treat God like a therapist who exists for our benefit rather than as Lord whose will we should seek. Moss argued that many Christians bend God's truth to fit their lifestyles in subtle ways, just as the LGBTQ community does more openly.
