First Connection is Sunday, May 5. Join us in the Fellowship Hall to learn more about who FBCD is and where we are going. The class is taught in both English and Spanish and is a great first-step in joining our church family or simply hearing our heart for the gospel, our community, and for making disciples. Childcare and lunch are provided. You can RSVP by clicking the link below. However, walk-ups are always welcome, too.

PARENT CHILD DEDICATION
May 12
If you are the parent of a newborn through 5th grade child, we would like to invite you to be a part of our Parent Child Dedication on May 12. This will be a wonderful time of worship where you as parents and the church as a whole commit to raising your child to be a disciple of Jesus for the rest of his or her life. We ask that you are present for our Milestone class that will take place Sunday, May 5 at 9:30 am in the Celebration Station. During this class, we will walk through logistics of the service as well as resources for you to be the primary disciple-maker for your child. Please email Joan Cole no later than May 1 if you are interested in being a part of this special service.

Kids and Student Camp will both take place at Woodland Christian Camp in Temple, GA. As well, they will take place at about the same time. Student Camp will be from May 27-31 and Kids Camp will be from May 28-31 so mark your calendars. Costs - Kids: $227 & Students: $245. There are a limited number of spots this year so register as soon as possible. Kids Camp still has spots available but Student Camp now has a waitlist for an available spot. June 17-20
Summer Blast is an evening summer camp for kids who have completed grades K-5th grade. Kids will be able to select from a variety of sports, arts, and other fun activities. During the camp they will receive coaching and instruction in these various activities as well as participate in small and large groups to learn more about the foundational truths of who God is. The camp will take place from June 17-20 from 6:00pm - 8:30pm. Thursday, June 20 will be family night. This night is for the whole family to enjoy fun games and a chance for your child to showcase what they have done for the week. Registration is now open.
