First Connection is Sunday, March 1. Join us in the Fellowship Hall to learn more about who FBCD is and where we are going. The class is taught in both English and Spanish and is a great first-step in joining our church family or simply hearing our heart for the gospel, our community, and for making disciples. Childcare and lunch are provided. You can RSVP by clicking the link below. However, walk-ups are always welcome, too.

Join us for a day of precision, power, and brotherhood at Knotty Pines in Heflin, Alabama! Whether you’re a seasoned marksman or have never held a shotgun, this is the perfect chance to connect with other men in the church and sharpen your skills on the course. PRAYER GATHERING
March 4
Wednesday, March 4 we will have our monthly Prayer Gathering at 6:30 pm in the Worship Center. This will take the place of regular adult and student Wednesday night programming. Please fill out this link with any prayer requests, and we will pray over these during this time.

TUMBLING CLASSES
Sparx Cheer is hosting Level 1 Tumble classes during our off-season to help athletes keep up on their skills! Classes begin March 3 and will run through April 28. We will offer two 4-week sessions on Tuesdays in March and April. We will not meet April 7 due to Spring break. Athletes may sign up for one session or both. The cost is $40 per session. There will be 2 times to choose from, 6:00-7:00 pm or 7:00-8:00 pm, allowing athletes to choose which time works best. Register using the link below.

Disciple Now (DNow) is a weekend event for students all over the county who come together to worship the Lord and grow in their faith. DNow will be March 6-8 and the cost is $55. We will be hosting our annual Good Friday Service on April 3 at 7:00 pm. Join us for Easter as well as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus on April 5 at 10:45 am with both English and Spanish services. We will rejoice in Christ’s Victory over sin, death, and the grave. We will not have Sunday School on Easter Sunday.

ANNIE ARMSTRONG EASTER OFFERING
We are proud to partner with 46,000 other Southern Baptist Churches for the annual Annie Armstrong Easter Offering. One hundred percent of this offering goes toward efforts to plant churches in North America. We are asking our church family to give above and beyond their normal tithes and offerings to reach our goal of $15,000. You can give toward this offering in-person or online using the link below. To give online, click the give button and scroll through the funds and Annie Armstrong will be on the drop down.
