First Connection is Sunday, November 9. Join us in the Fellowship Hall to learn more about who FBCD is and where we are going. The class is taught in both English and Spanish and is a great first-step in joining our church family or simply hearing our heart for the gospel, our community, and for making disciples. Childcare and lunch are provided. You can RSVP by clicking the link below. However, walk-ups are always welcome, too.

Join us this Sunday, October 26 from 4:00-6:00 pm for our annual Trunk-N-Treat event at FBCD. We are still in need of people to host trunks and donate candy. You can bring your donations to the church or purchase them directly from the Amazon Wishlist link below.

2026 MISSION TRIPS
Coming out of Missions month and our series on Building a Legacy that Lasts, we as a church want to continue the mission that God has called us to by making disciples of all nations. Check out the foyer for mission trips this upcoming year to spread the Good News.

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
November 23
Operation Christmas Child is a ministry initiative we participate with every year to send shoeboxes of gifts to needy children around the world—showering them with blessing, prayer, and the gospel. Our shoebox drive runs through November 23. We will have a time of celebration and prayer of dedication over all of the shoeboxes on November 23 during our worship service. Participate by picking up a shoebox from the foyer and filling it with items for that child's age & gender this Sunday. Click the link below for more information.

The Lottie Moon Christmas Offering is an annual offering collected by believers around the world to support international missions. This offering is unique from other mission offerings in that 100% of gifts provide for missionaries all over the world. This year, our church’s goal is $30,000. Please prayerfully consider giving above your normal tithe and join us in this opportunity to take the gospel to the nations.

Christmas time is here! We have two exciting Christmas events here at FBCD this year. Mark your calendars now to join us for our annual Worship Arts Christmas Concert – God With Us on December 14 at 6:00 pm. Prepare for the holiday season through a time of worship, celebration, and fellowship with a reception following the concert. The Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on December 24 at 5:00 pm is also as sweet time to invite friends and family as we remember through this advent season that Jesus brings hope, joy, peace, and love.
