Using King David's final words to his son Solomon from 1 Chronicles 28, Merritt showed how David prioritized spiritual guidance over material success. David advised Solomon to 'know the God of your father and serve him with a whole heart,' demonstrating that our legacy is determined by where we lead others spiritually rather than what we accumulate materially.
